This one-day leadership development course designed for Virginia’s management and senior-level prosecutors promotes the learning of leadership habits and practices ideally suited to improve productivity, professional achievement, office culture, and employee engagement and retention.  Attendees will work in groups to create a leadership plan that strategically combines personal motivations, strengths, emotional intelligence, and leadership behaviors. Each plan will be uniquely tailored to address the attendees’ experience, responsibilities, and aspirations.

This program is open to all supervisory level Virginia prosecutors. It is limited to 34 attendees.  Lunch will be provided and parking will be reimbursed.
