This one-day leadership development course  designed for Virginia’s management-level prosecutors promotes the learning of  leadership habits and practices ideally suited to balance prosecutors’  roles as zealous advocates, ministers of justice, and public servants. Attendees will create a leadership plan that strategically combines personal motivations, strengths, emotional intelligence, and leadership behaviors. Each plan will be uniquely tailored to address the attendees’ experience, responsibilities, and aspirations.

This program is open to Commonwealth’s Attorneys and other management level prosecutors.  It is limited to 30 attendees.  Lunch and parking will be reimbursed.
