Asset Forfeiture: Law and Procedure

This program is designed for prosecutors, law enforcement, and civilian asset forfeiture coordinators. This one-day class will cover the basics of asset forfeiture law and procedure, as well as administrative requirements. Instructors include experienced law enforcement officers and prosecutors from the field, as well as DCJS forfeiture program staff. DCJS also plans to provide hands-on training for the DCJS FASP system.
The program will be held in Williamsburg. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the Virginia Criminal Justice Foundation.
Pre-registration is REQUIRED. There is no registration fee but CASC will not be reimbursing any expenses for this program.
A hotel block with a limited number of rooms at the conference hotel will be available. Information will be provided to attendees regarding the hotel block and program details after registration.
