This program is designed for prosecutors, law enforcement, and civilian asset forfeiture coordinators. This one-day class will cover the basics of asset forfeiture law and procedure, as well as administrative requirements. Instructors include experienced law enforcement officers and prosecutors from the field. It will be offered at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel, 3501 Atlantic Ave., Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Lunch will be provided.
